Generally speaking, the accessories of mechanical equipment need to be regularly maintained and serviced, and loader accessories cannot be avoided. In addition to maintenance and servicing, the washing of loader accessories is also necessary. The cycle of washing loader accessories is determined by the structure of the system and the degree of system pollution. If the sample of the filter medium has no or very little foreign pollutants, a new oil filter should be installed, the washing plate should be removed, and the valve should be installed. So what are the things to pay attention to before flushing loader accessories? Below, the editor will introduce it to everyone.
1、 Ensure that no foreign particles enter the fuel tank from the vent cap of the tank, the plug seat of the oil filter, the sealing gasket of the return line, and other openings of the tank.
2、 Check the hydraulic oil of the loader accessories for acidification or contamination by other pollutants, and the smell of the hydraulic oil can roughly identify whether it has deteriorated.
3、 Repair the leaks in the system.
4、 If an electro-hydraulic servo valve is used in the system, the flushing plate of the servo valve should allow the oil to flow from the supply line to the collector and directly return to the oil tank. This allows the oil to circulate repeatedly to flush the system and filter out solid particles.
5、 During the flushing process, check the oil filter of the loader accessories every 1-2 hours to prevent it from being clogged by pollutants. Do not open the bypass at this time. If you find that the oil filter is starting to clog, replace the oil filter immediately.
6、 Regularly flush the inlet oil filter of the oil pump. The oil filter of the loader parts should be inspected and replaced within 500 hours or three months at most.
